Is pink still in? New Color Trends

“Think pink!” “Pink is the new black!” “Only real men wear pink!” Is the pink frenzy gone? Are we all pinked out? Although it is still widely used, it is not as a popular choice as it used to be. Once the boys play with pink, it loses the girly factor. Oddly enough, China` color for boys is pink!
I love pink! My site had been pink and another color for a long time. When I redesigned my own web site, I chose warm grays and my artist site is black on white. (Even I was surprised at the lack of color I chose!) But why did I do it? I had a very specific style in mind and feeling I wanted to evoke. So what is trend?
According to Pantone, the colors to the right here are the new
trend. What`s even more amazing to me is not having consulted them and seeing a direct correlation between the colors I chose for my site and the new trending colors to the left.
Neutrals are most definitely in as well as clean pastels. Jeweled colors as well as electric blue and fuschia. Very 80`s, no?

I like the new colors but I will stick to pink on the blog.
I LOVE pink! All shades of it. I’m sad it’s not as popular. It is one of the few colors that looks decent on me.
Fushia and electric blue? Oh yea,…I definitely had some 80’s gear in those colors
I am big on pink! I love all shades of pink! If you only knew how many PINK accessories I had, you would laugh. I also really like brown. I actually prefer brown over black.
